General Membership Questions

Effective November 1, 2021, we are no longer accepting new members in the VIP Plus program.

  

Our Customer Service Department can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 855-226-7051. You can also email us at [email protected] or use the Contact Us form on our website, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours (and usually much sooner!).

  

To cancel by phone, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 855-226-7051. If you'd prefer to cancel online, simply log in to your account at HabandVIPPlus.com and click on the “Account” tab in the upper right corner of your screen, then “Cancel My Membership” from the drop-down, and follow the instructions provided. You can also email us your request at [email protected]. or by using our "Contact Us" form, and our Customer Service Department will process your cancellation right away.

   

Rebate forms can be submitted in 2 ways: through the mail or online. You do not need to submit a rebate form as long as your name, address, and phone number are clearly written and included with your proof-of-purchase submission.

Online: You can complete our online rebate forms right on the Haband VIP Plus website. Sign into your Haband VIP Plus account and click the “Shipping & Shopping Rebates” tab on your main menu. Complete the form on this page and email your proof-of-purchase documentation to [email protected].

Please include your claim number in the subject line (the claim number is provided online when submitting your rebate form). If you prefer to mail us your proof-of-purchase documentation when submitting a rebate form online, you may.

 

HAB*HABAND VIP PLUS is the billing descriptor that will be listed on your credit card statement for your monthly fee.

 

Shopping, Shipping, & Return Shipping Rebate Questions

Yes, one claim can be entered to claim both a shopping and shipping rebate for a single purchase.

To submit your rebate after you complete your order, sign into your Haband VIP Plus account and click the “Shipping & Shopping Rebates” tab on your main menu. Select the “Shopping + Shipping” as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and fill in both the shopping and shipping information on the electronic form in Step 2, and email your proof-of-purchase documentation in Step 3 to [email protected].

 

Shipping rebates are a unique benefit available only to members. If you ever pay a shipping or return shipping charge, just submit a rebate claim along with proof of the charges, and we'll deposit up to $10 per order into your Savings Center!

 

We accept rebate submissions from any retailer/catalog when ordering online, over the phone, or by mail.

Online: When you make a purchase online, just pay the shipping and handling charges as you normally would. After you complete your order, sign into your Haband VIP Plus account and click the "Shipping & Shopping Rebates" tab on your main menu to submit a rebate claim for your shipping charges. If you need to return an item, use the same tab to submit a rebate for the return-shipping charges you paid.

By Mail: Simply purchase or return an item and mail your backup documentation to us. A form is not necessary, but please clearly note your name and address on your proof of purchase. Once your offline claim is approved, we’ll deposit a rebate of up to $10 for your shipping or return shipping charges into your Savings Center.

 

Yes, claims must be emailed or mailed and postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.

 

Once you submit your rebate claim on our website, forward your order confirmation email to us, and include your claim number in the subject line. You are eligible to receive up to $500 in shipping rebates and $500 in return shipping rebates per year, and up to $10 for any single order.

 

Savings Center Questions

Your Savings Center is the place where all the savings you earn through your Haband VIP Plus membership are displayed and tracked. You can visit your Savings Center online from your Haband VIP Plus account by clicking the “Savings” tab on your main menu.

We'll automatically send out your Savings Center savings the first week of each month following the month when they total at least $10, in the form of $10 Haband Savings Certificates, which are redeemable on any future Haband purchase. Any savings you have earned that do not meet or exceed the $10 payout requirement will be held in your Savings Center to be sent out when you do meet the $10 threshold. Savings Certificates expire 90 days after the date of issue.

We send out your Savings Center savings the first week of each month, as long as your savings total from the previous month reaches the $10 threshold. Any savings that do not meet the $10 requirement will be saved in your Savings Center and sent out the first week of the following month, assuming they hit the $10 requirement. Savings Certificates expire 90 days after the date of issue.

"All-Time Savings” refers to the total amount of savings you’ve earned as a lifetime Haband VIP Plus member, including the introductory offer you received when you enrolled, 10% discount purchases, 5% back at grocery stores, 5%, back at Marketplace retailers, and shipping and return shipping rebates."

"Introductory Offer" is the savings you received for enrolling in the Haband VIP Plus program. This is a one-time savings offer to thank you for joining the program.

This refers to the 10% instant savings you receive on merchandise purchases you make with Haband or any of the companies in our Family of Brands during your active membership.

"Haband Savings Certificates" refers to the payouts you've earned for your Grocery and VIP Plus Marketplace 5% back claims and your shipping and return shipping rebates. ("Sent" refers to the amount of Haband Savings Certificates we've mailed to you in $10 increments; "Pending" refers to the amount left in your Savings Center account after the most recent payout. "Submitted for Approval" refers to claims you've submitted for 5% back on your purchase, shipping rebates, and return shipping rebates that have not yet been approved. Once approved, these claims will be added to your "Pending Savings Certificates" total.) Savings Certificates expire 90 days after the date of issue.

Should you cancel your VIP Plus membership, you will receive a check for the Pending Savings Certificates amount remaining in your Savings Center after the Savings Certificates payouts in $10 increments have been processed.

VIP Plus Marketplace and Grocery Questions

This refers to the 5% back in Savings Certificates you receive when you shop at the many nationwide participating grocery retailers in-store or online during your active membership.

Online: sign into your Haband VIP Plus account at HabandVIPPlus.com/sign-in. Click the “Shop” tab on your main menu, then “Shop Marketplace” from the drop-down. Select a retailer from the Marketplace and click through the links to shop on the retailer’s website. Your 5% back will automatically appear in your Savings Center within 5-7 days of your purchase shipment. Online purchases from Marketplace retailers labeled “Rebate Required” require a rebate claim for 5% back.

Offline: After you’ve purchased from an eligible Marketplace retailer, submit a rebate claim for 5% back online or by mail. For more information, please refer to the “Where do I send my rebate documentation?” section.

The 5% amount you receive is based on the subtotal of any order placed through the Haband VIP Plus Marketplace. Shipping, taxes, and additional fees will not be included in the 5% calculation. Some exclusions may apply. Your 5% back on your purchase will be deposited into your Savings Center and paid out in the form of Savings Certificates.
